On the Go? Take Indiana Lakes FCU with you! Now available for Apple or Android devices, you have secure access whether you are around town or on vacation. Indiana Lakes FCU can go with you! Check your balances, transfer money, look at history or pay bills. Email or text notifications are available upon request.
Download our App from the App Store or the Google Play Store on your mobile device. To provide new security levels, a second “Key” is stored on your Personal Computer (PC) and becomes part of the authentication process. This process is called Multi-Factor Authentication. This second “Key” will be required on each PC from which you access your account. If you do not know your PIN Key, please call our office and we can get it for you.

eStatements:
Use online banking—ILFCU Home Banking. Click that option to receive eStatements instead of paper statements, or ask your credit union employee to set your account up for online statements only. Enjoy these benefits:
- Your eStatement will arrive sooner than a mailed paper statement.
- You’ll have a convenient way of saving past statements—no more filing!
- You’ll help save the environment by cutting down on paper production, which saves trees and reduces air pollution.
- You’ll help save money by eliminating paper and postage costs.
Bill Pay Online:
Our members have asked for the ability to pay their bills online through the credit union, and now Bill Pay Online is here. The bill pay link can be found through the new ILFCU Home Banking . Log in to your ILFCU Home Banking Account and select the MENU option at the top left of the screen. Choose the Bill Pay option. A bill pay account will need to be setup along with e-Statements to use it. There is a “View Demo” video tutorial at the bottom center of the screen for additional assistance. With this product, you can:
- Pay a Bill
- Pay a Person
- Transfer Money
- Set Up Bill Pay Alerts, and
- Set Up eBill

Visa account online:
Now you have a convenient, secure, and user-friendly way to access your credit card account information. You’ll find our online credit card account management service has all the things you need anytime.
You can conveniently and securely:
- check your credit card account balance
- view transactions
- view previous account activity and history
- make member service inquiries on your Visa credit card via e-mail
- make your credit card payments electronically
To enroll for this service visit the VISA website and follow the instructions. Once complete, you can begin accessing your account. If you have any questions, please call 800-371-6762.
Visa Alerts:
With a VISA Alert you’ll get real-time alerts whenever your purchase meets the criteria you selected during enrollment. Get a text or email whenever you pay with your Visa card. Register your mobile device and email to receive Visa Purchase Alerts. Choose the notification triggers that match your needs, such as transactions exceeding a set amount. Get alerts for transactions in real-time and immediately identify potentially fraudulent activity.
